- Bankroll
- The total amount of money you have set aside for betting.
- Betting Line
- The set of odds or point spread a bookmaker offers for a particular event.
- Bookmaker
- A company or person that accepts and pays out bets on sporting events.
- Cash Out
- A feature that lets you settle a bet before the event ends, locking in a profit or loss.
- Double Chance
- A bet that covers two of the three possible outcomes (win, draw, loss) in a match.
- Draw No Bet
- A bet where you win if your team wins, and get your stake back if the match ends in a draw.
- Each-Way
- A bet placed on a selection to win and also to place (usually top finish), splitting the stake.
- Even Money
- A bet where the potential profit equals your stake, expressed as odds of 1/1.
- Favorite
- The team or player expected to win a match, reflected by lower odds.
- First Goalscorer
- A bet on which player will score the first goal in a match.
- Free Bet
- A no-cost bet credited to your account that can be used to place a wager, with any wins usually returned.
- Handicap
- A point adjustment applied to a team’s final score to create balanced betting odds.
- In-Play
- Bets placed after an event has started, with odds that update as the action unfolds.
- Juice
- The commission or fee a bookmaker charges on a losing bet, also called the vig.
- Match Result
- A simple bet on which team will win a match or if it will end in a draw (1X2).
- Odds
- The numerical representation of how likely an outcome is, determining how much you can win.
- Over/Under
- A bet on whether a specific statistic (like total goals) will be above or below a set number.
- Parlay
- A single bet that combines two or more selections; all must win for you to get a payout.
- Push
- A tie result in a bet where all stakes are returned and no one wins.
- Rollover Requirement
- A condition that requires you to bet a multiple of the bonus amount before withdrawing winnings.
- Spread
- The point difference the favorite must overcome, used to balance betting action.
- Stake
- The amount of money you risk on a single bet.
- Underdog
- The team or player expected to lose, indicated by higher odds.
- Value Bet
- A bet where the odds offered are higher than the true probability of the outcome, offering potential profit.
